PRESTIGE 7028 with 446 W. 50th ST., NYC address on both labels with the same address at the bottom of the back cover. Deep groove, mono. 7 tracks recorded in Hollywood in 1953. On 3 tracks Charles plays vibes, piano and on 4 tracks Charles plays only vibes. On all 7 tracks Shorty Rogers, trumpet; Curtis Counce, bass and Shelly Manne, drums. On 3 tracks Jimmy Giuffre is added on tenor and baritone sax. The word "JAZZ" is stamped on 1 label. Very rare edition.
Cover: VGf++ Intact. Small red mark on the top margin of the back cover. The word "JAZZ" is stamped in small letters on the top margin of the back cover. Very light aging on the back cover. Gloss finished front cover.
Record: Mint(-) Visually shows no wear. 4 faint, short surface rub marks on Side A. These are barely visible and do not affect the sound. The record was played only a very few times with care. Fine, clean surface. No surface noise. Fine, collectable quality.
