Illustrated Three LP Deluxe Box Set: Tchaikovsky's THE SLEEPING BEAUTY (La Belle Au Bois Dormant), a Ballet in Three Acts with Prologue (complete recording of original score).
Antal Dorati conducting the Minneapolis Symphony Orchestra. High Fidelity records by Mercury Living Presence.
Bound set includes a six page story of the ballet with beautiful drawings by Oliver Messel and text by Cyril Beaumont (copyright 1955, Mercury Record Corporation). The black & white and color illustrations are outstanding and all pages are excellent. The inside of each cover is also illustrated.
The 3 records appear to be in excellent condition (have not played) and the sleeves are excellent as well.
The cover itself is also in great condition. There is virtually no edge wear and the only flaws of note are minor wear to spine edges and small spot on back cover.
