Clean labels WITH that "deep groove"
There's a tiny bit of wear/minor abrasion at the edge of the deep groove on the A side label at the 2 o'clock position, see photo. Label has 203 SO. WASHINGTON AVE.,
BERGENFIELD, N. J. address printed on it; NJLP 8219 HI FIDELITY The vinyl will be in a fresh sleeve and separated from the jacket during shipping the Vinyl is VISUALLY Graded:  Vinyl looks VG++ (or "Excellent"):
it's just shy of "Near-Mint", and very clean looking!
We did spot-check the intros and
there is little to no surface noise where we checked, and what little there is was between tracks or during the quiet part of an intro. 
Great sound overall, with crisp highs and tight bass, the record doesn't sound heavily played or worn at all, 
both sides appear to be pressed concentrically, 
though very close observation shows that they're  slightly off-center by only about 1mm. on each side, which is barely visible and certainly not audible. Jacket is VG overall: the front, and especially the rear, have water damage wear, and some mildew-color staining, see photos;
Inside of the jacket has a faint, not strong, musty odor; The spine and seams are intact.
Front still looks "good" to "very good",
with water damage on the bottom third only;
the rest of the lamination is still thick and semi-glossy,  though rough graded cardboard stock was used for this jacket; Jacket has
