A 1st issue of Stratosfear from whilst charting in 1976 on the UK Two Virgins label. Matrix A6/B6. The vinyl comes housed in an original thick card heavy-laminated cover.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) In superb condition and has clearly only seen light use. Under close inspection we could only make out a couple of very light marks - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an, at least, EXCELLENT level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are nice and quiet and the audio comes across with great clarity. And anything else other than this is simply going to interfere with the audio which is often soft and low-key. Interference is minimal. All we detected was a touch of light static in a couple of isolated moments. This really is a low-mileage copy and it certainly allows you to fully appreciate the ambience on offer.
Cover (Ex+) In absolutely stunning condition and is possibly a final upgrade. Perfectly shiny front and back with no creasing. The thing that really stands out on this copy is the rigidity of the gatefold - it feels like it is brand new. Also helped, no doubt, by the fact this the thick-card 1st issue cover. The interior is immaculate and thespine is 100% intact too.
