Description
Released by Tamla Motown in 1968, cat # STML 11079; this is “Wish It Would Rain” by the Temptations.
The laminated flip-back sleeve is in excellent condition. The front is in beautiful condition and looks stunning. The rear has slight discolouration over the predominately-white rear.
Both labels have literally one or two spindle marks. As you can imagine, the playing surfaces look superb and are free of any surface marks whatsoever. The vinyl grades as mint and comes in a crisp, clean pictorial EMI inner sleeve.
All of these Motown albums come from the same source – an original 60’s Top Rank DJ who started in the ballrooms and progressed to radio and record production in the 1970’s. The vast majority of the collection is mint or unplayed, but he clearly loved his Motown as most of the 60’s and early 70’s singles are generally in very good condition, but with a few notable exceptions!
