Talking Heads - Stop Making Sense 1984 Columbia Record Club Edition Sire 9 W1-25186
Album rates as VG due to sticker on Side 1 (Darn you, Kathy).  However, as much as Kathy liked putting stickers on albums, I don't think she played them much.  There are very few, very minor surface defects  and scratches that should minimally affect how the album sounds.  This album has been cleaned but not tested, but looks really good.
Cover rates as VG+, there are limited signs of wear or use
Inner sleeve rates as VG+
Overall, this album appears to be in really good condition.
