Payment:
The winning bidder must contact me within 3 days and payment must be received within 7 days of auction end (unless otherwise arranged with myself). Due to a small amount of time wasters recently I will file a non paying bidder claim on the 8th day after auction end.

Postage:
I always send items by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery which is insured up to £28. Values higher than this will be sent Special Delivery.
I try to post items out within 72 hours (working days) of cleared payment but very occasionally it is not possible as I work full time as well (but I will let you know if this is the case).
