These are both solid first UK pressings from 1967 and 1968 respectively. So hard to find in this kind of condition and with absolutely incredible sound quality like these have across all six sides of vinyl. The condition of all will grade as Excellent+ although I’m being very cautious with that grade and I have seen many records of lesser quality than these graded as Near Mint in the past. However, there’s a very small bit of evidence of use on these records and so I will grade as EX+ and be sure that whoever buys these is going to be absolutely delighted with the quality of the records. They all have a brilliant ‘as new’ sheen and gloss, the only marks anywhere are merely the lightest of non-sounding paper scuffs only visible under light and there are no bad marks or scratches anywhere across any of the sides. The covers are both superb and grade as Excellent+ as well. They are fully intact and neither of them have any writing on or any other kind of defacement. The White Album cover is the correct first edition gatefold with top openings, it also has the original black paper inner sleeves and excellent condition fold-out poster insert. The only thing I can fault about either of these items is that the White Album no longer has the photo inserts and the Pepper is without the cut-out insert; still these are both very easily and cheaply found online so this is not a major issue, it’s in the amazing quality of the actual vinyl and the sleeves where the value is found here and I should also mention that the Pepper package does have the correct red-white swirly paper inner sleeve, which is very often missing on these!
I am happy to post to the UK for free and can offer Paypal for payment. I have sold other record collections on here and know they often end up in the hands of record dealers but I’ve no problem with that at all, if others can go on to make profit from anything I sell then that’s totally fine! There’s clearly a huge potential for that with these two albums simply because they are genuine first editions in a condition that is so rarely found; the White Album alone could fetch £500 and the Pepper is known to clear £200 for a top quality mono first so with a potential £700 in retail value this has to be a great opportunity for someone, either that or a collector who wants just one of these could sell the other and get some of their money back or even make some! Don’t miss out on this one!!!!
