Up for sale is the rare 1968 Australian 1st mono press of "Once Upon A Twilight..." by The Twilights. Blue/black Columbia label OSX 7870
First press matrix: XCTX-600-2 / XCTX-601-2
Released in a fabulous pop-up gimmix gatefold cover.
If you like British psych-pop sounds like Kaleidoscope, Beatles, Hollies or July this is an essential purchase.
Australian 1st mono press with blue and black labels and silver print. (Second press was on orange labels in stereo)

Vinyl visual: VERY GOOD +
During a close inspection under a strong halogen light, the vinyl shows some light wear and couple of superficial hairlines.
Sound quality: EXCELLENT
Playgraded. Great excellent sound throughout, with only very light background crackle in a few parts.
Great, clear strong mono sound! Just Wonderful!
Cover outer: VERY GOOD
The white cover is slight discolored and a bit worn. Some ringwear on the back. No tears, splits or writing.
