  • TURID - BILDER on SILENCE SRS 4616 , DENMARK ....Original Private press lp of somewhere in the 70s !! ( it is of those lp's that since are privately made ,have no distinguish sound of when exactly are ) Absolutely fantastic dreamy-late night fragile female folk , Has jazzy vibe in parts ,psych touch in others .Whatever you call it this lp has great compositions and great atmowphere .With great electric -accoustic guitars , piano,flute ,cello ,bass ,contrabass . All tracks are winners here .No boring but geniously inspired- more than the average psych folk with the most delicate female vocals in more pop way ( like the CARDIGANS(!!) from Sweden in their first 60s pop record ) rather than the UK style epic folk with vocals of Sandy Denny/Mellow candle style ( that personally i find irritating and very passe ).Ofcours it has a more sophisticated sound than the US folk lps (that always have strong blues/country/rural peasant elements ) if some want to compare . This is a hardly seen private press lp and is very very recomended .All originals except a Joni Mitchell and a Susie Heine covers .It has a big fave long spooky mystic track too " Odegardar " Beatiful as well is the cover and back sleeve ,has the insert gatefold page with lyrics still there and intact ..
