This flawless sounding copy of their finest album which most consider to be one of the quintessential glam rock releases, is a 100% complete UK 1st pressing dating from initial September 1971 release on the EMI pressed FLY Records label: HIFLY 6
Matrix numbers: FLY 6 A-2U & FLY 6 B-2U
'PORKY' & 'PECKO-DUCK' are inscribed into each run-out respectively.
Stamper codes: 2/RR & 2/RM
Disc weight: 138g
The disc is housed within an unlaminated 'E.J. Day' printed cover, complete front panel sticker.
The package is complete with its original illustrated inner-sleeve & fold-out poster.

A clean, bright & unblemished pair with just small collection of of light spindle trails around each unworn centre hole.
Visual: EXCELLENT +
Both playing surfaces are extremely clean & glossy and are unmarked in strong daylight. Close examination directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp reveals little more than a few harmless wispy hairlines and a sparkling rainbow shine. Both sides of this superb high-quality copy lie 100% flat on the turntable when playing.
Play: NEAR MINT
An incredible sounding record which has received just some careful play on high-end equipment. My single careful play-check at volume could find no trace of any groove/play wear to any track or any background interference on or between any of these explosive tracks. There were certainly no clicks, pops, ticks or any other audible blemishes to distract from the majesty of this album.
Cover: EXCELLENT
A respectable example of this easily worn cover which displays some inevitable light storage rubbing to the front panel but less to the rear. It is free from any creasing, 'thumbnails' or even any spine bends. The front panel sticker has in reality become detached but I temporarily and carefully attached it for the listing photo. There is slight wear to the tips of each corner but both opening edges are sharp and undamaged. Both seams are unstressed & unsplit and the spine, with its factory-pinched end is fully worded and undamaged.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT +
Clean, flat & uncreased with just slight toning to the edges but no writing, seam splits or tears.
Poster: MINT
Unhung & still factory-folded.
