TRIANA Fifth Anniversary SPAIN PROG ROCK 2 x LP LIMITED EDITION

Triana, 5º Aniversario (Fifth Anniversary).

Triana was a Spanish progressive rock band from the 70's and early 80's, heavily influenced by flamenco, hailing from Andalusia.

This two LP set is a limited edition (numbered 013009 to rear of sleeve) compilation of tracks from the band's first four albums.

1980 Spain pressed Movie Play Records double LP housed in gatefold sleeve, MOVIEPLAY/GONG/23.2000/3 F-G.

A generally nicely preserved set which is possibly unplayed and has been carefully handled and stored.

Vinyl is a strictly graded near mint and perhaps unplayed. There is no evidence of wear or spider trail marks to the labels. Playing surfaces are glossy as new and close inspection with a magnifying glass reveals no marks - not even any sleeve removal type scuff marks.

Gatefold sleeve EX. Very crisp and clean to edges and tips - has not been bashed about. Spine in superb shape, entry side crisp and unworn and edges free of fraying or chipping. There is just a fraction of minimal shelving hairlining and ringwear scuffing, but this is all very unobtrusive and light. The inner of the gatefold is similarly clean with just a touch of whitening contact rubbing to top edges, but again this is slight and unobtrusive. Above the limited edition stamp is a small patch of residue, presumably from a removed sticker. There is just a touch of light fingernail scraping in this area. Rubbing of the residue with the thumb reveals that it moves easily, and a dab of lighter fluid would probably easily dispense with it entirely.

All in all a superbly preserved set which will be tough to upgrade.
