REX'S RAREST LP EVER - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  IT IS UNDOUBTEDLY MARC BOLAN / T.REX'S MOST SOUGHT AFTER LPs EVER (IN THIS FORMAT!) AND IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE TODAY!!!!  BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP ONE OF THE RAREST T.REX / MARC BOLAN RECORDS EVER MADE - IS THAT IT IS THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING OF THIS LP EVER - WITH A 'PROMOTIONAL ONLY' LIMITED EDITION 'NUMBERED' FOLD-OUT COVER & INNER SLEEVE!!!!  ONLY THE FIRST 1500 COPIES EVER CAME LIKE THIS - AND IT WAS A STRICTLY LIMITED EDITION TO PROMOTE THE LP!!!!  IT WAS NEVER SOLD IN THE SHOPS - AND EITHER GIVEN OUT AS COMPETITION PRIZES, OR (AS IN THIS CASE!) No is BLNA 7751 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press EMI / T.Rex label (see picture) and is a UK Stereo 1st Pressing (there were NO Monos!)!!!!

The record labels are in AWESOME condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and NO spindle marks AT ALL!!!!  I CANNOT SEE ANY EVIDENCE THAT THIS RECORD HAS EVER BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!!  PLEASE ALSO NOTE - the 'lines' near the centre holes on the label are 100% GUARANTEED from manufacture - and NOT from any play (many collectors will already be familar with this, as they appear on many other EMI LPs from this period - but for those dont know, its needs explaining!)!!!!  The vinyl is in AWESOME condition!!!!  Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, NO scufflines, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND LOOKS AWESOME!!!!  It is also great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, barely ANY crackle AT ALL, and only some absolutely ULTRA faint touches of MEGA low level background sound on the run on grooves & gaps - NOT in the music AT ALL (purely from the ORGINAL pressing and virtually inaudible!)!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must grade MINT(Minus!)!!!!  AWESOME RECORD!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!!  I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press 'Lyric' inner sleeve which is in MINT condition (and as far as I can tell - this was NEVER used to hold the record - as I found this record already put inside a plain inner sleeve!)!!!!  The 1st Press 'Promotional ONLY' Limited Edition 'Garrod & Lofthouse' Fold-Out Cover is in AWESOME condition!!!!  It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, barely ANY corner wear AT ALL (NOT through the colour!), barely ANY creases AT ALL (cover is VERY flat looking indeed!), NO ringwear, barely ANY rubbing AT ALL (virtually ZERO!), NO sticker tears, and NO writing!!!!  ALL THE SLATS ARE IN AMAZING CONDITION AND ALL ARE 100% STRONG!!!!  I have taken VERY clear pictures of BOTH sides of the 'slats' to shows exactly how AWESOME these are!!!!  I did notice 1 absolutely TINY creaseline at the top of 1 slat - but it doesnt move AT ALL (and is completely INVISIBLE!) - and as the 1 previous owner told me that he NEVER touched the LP since he received it back in 1974, it can ONLY be from ORIGINAL manufacture!!!!  And I am being EXTREMELY picky here - as this cover is so AMAZING and PERFECT in ALL respects, that I am really trying to find something trivial to say!!!!   ALL of the opening edges are all beautifully straight with NO feathering - and the 'Limited Edition' number is printed PERFECTLY!!!!  And from the previous owners information - I also know that the first time this cover was EVER unfolded was for the pictures that I took!!!!  Even the inside of the cover is in AWESOME condition with NO grubbyness, NO yellowing, NO ringwear, NO rubbing, and NO writing!!!!  There is absolutely NO DOUBT AT ALL - that this MUST be the best example left in existence, and surely your only chance EVER to own this LP in this condition ever again!!!!  It is a true museum piece, archive copy - and whatever term you use, it is an LP that has simply DEFIED TIME in every respect - as it was stored in the CLOSED BOX and UNTOUCHED since the day it was received back in 1974!!!!  This cover looks AMAZING and must grade MINT(Minus)!!!!  AWESOME COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
