Cover with particular design (different to ordinary edition) has -in its front- a sticker of "Casa Pizarro" Records Store from Chimbote
(Chimbote is in north of Lima, 12 hrs to Lima by Car)
The item has an old adhesive bandage in the down left angle of the back cover. 

Orig Promo Cover (in solid cardboard paper) looks in amazing VG++
Finally, the item comes with original plastic bag cover
