Description
WOW! CHECK THIS OUT!!!!
This is the very very rare 7" from T.Rex in 1972 - hardly ever seen in auction, virtually impossible to find now - here are the details:
A Side - Chariot Choogle (2.45) - written and composed by Marc Bolan.
B Side - The Slider (3.19) - written and composed by Marc Bolan.
Catalogue number is SPSR 346 (SPSR 346A and 346B).
This 7" is a "DEMONSTRATION RECORD - NOT FOR SALE" as stated on the record itself - this is incredibly rare!
The 7" features 2 tracks from The Slider LP (BLN 5001). Both tracks are Produced by Tony Visconti.
Condition - The sleeve features the name T.REX with a picture of Bolan on both sides. The front of the sleeve is in very good condition - no tears and some slight creasing in the corners but nothing major. The Back of the sleeve has 2 tears from the centre hole - one just over an inch and the other just under an inch, otherwise in good condition.
The Vinyl is in excellent condition...all the print is very clear and there are no marks on the inner label. There are no visible spindle marks / spider legs - the vinyl itself has very few marks at all - both sides play through perfectly with no scratches or pops - there is just a very slight surface noise to be expected with all vinyl (only really noticable through headphones). Vinyl was tested on Technics SL1200 record deck with Stanton 500 cartridge.
So there you have it, an extremely rare record from one of the greatest bands / artists ever. Do not miss this chance to add this to your collection.
Serious bidders only! You bid to buy, not to see it or negotiate on price - thank-you!
