Description
This is a fine copy from a 1997 reissue of the debut LP by Peruvian group Traffic Sound, originally released in 1969. The record consists of six cover versions: two Hendrix tunes as well as songs by Cream (or rather, Cream's version of Skip James' "I'm So Glad"), the Young Rascals, Iron Butterfly ("You Can't Win," retitled "Destruction" for some reason), and Eric Burdon and the Animals. Not as magical as the group's follow-up, Virgin, the debut is nonetheless well done. This pressing was the first reissue of the record in any format, and remains the only one on vinyl. The jacket has light creasing in the corners, and is otherwise pristine (EX+). The disc is clean, and plays like new (M).
I’m in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their sleeves. The sleeves have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded discs except where otherwise noted.
