On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by Traffic called 'Mr Fantasy' and is an ORIGINAL 1967 UK MONO 1st pressing on the 1st Press 'Textured' Island 'Circle' logo label!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP REALLY SPECIAL IS THAT IS THE 'EARLIEST POSSIBLE' 1ST PRESSING EVER MADE!!!!  IT HAS MUCH MUCH THICKER VINYL THAN ALL LATER PRESSINGS, A 'TEXTURED' LABEL (LATER ONES DONT), AND HAS THE 'EARLIEST POSSIBLE' 1ST PRESS 'A/B' MATRIX ENDINGS (WITH LARGE LETTERING) WITH NO NUMBERS ADDED!!!!  ALL LATER PRESSINGS HAVE NUMBERS ADDED AFTER THIS MATRIX ENDING (SUCH AS 'A2' FOR EXAMPLE) AND OFTEN LATER MATRIXES ARE ETCHED - OR STAMPED IN MUCH SMALLER LETTERING.  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND AS A 100% GENIUNE 1967 'EARLIEST POSSIBLE' 1ST PRESSING!!!!

This is an ORIGINAL UK MONO 1st Pressing from 1967 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!! The record is pressed on thick quality vinyl. The Cat. No is ILP 961 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Island label (see picture) and is a UK 1967 MONO 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Traffic at their best!!!! Any fan of  Traffic, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!

The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear, and only a few light spindle marks!!!!  The vinyl is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, only 3 or 4 light hairlines, only 2 or 3 light NON sounding scufflines, and only a few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual!!!!  It plays with NO nasty loud pops, barely ANY clicks AT ALL (only a very VERY few ULTRA faint ones towards the beginning of 1 track - virtually NONE elsewhere), NO sticking, NO jumps, NO hiss and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!! The sound quality is simply AWESOME with NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!!  The record must STRICTLY visually grade Very Good+ if not better - with the playing grade better still!!!!  THIS RECORD PLAYS BRILLIANTLY!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL 1st Press inner sleeve which is in STUNNING condition!!!!  The 1st Press Flipback Laminated Gatefold Cover is in STUNNING condition and virtually IMPOSSIBLE to find like this!!!!  It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear (a STUNNING vertical spine), only a few VERY light creases (cover is VERY flat looking indeed!), VERY shiny laminate, barely ANY corner wear AT ALL to the opening corners (NOT through the colour), NO writing, and even the spinal corners have only slight wear (NOT through the colour) - with NO rips and NO tears (IMPOSSIBLE to find on this cover)!!!! The opening edges are beautifully straight with NO feathering AT ALL!!!! Even the unlaminated inside is in STUNNING condition with NO writing, NO rubbing, barely ANY yellowing AT ALL, and NO grubbyness!!!! This cover is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to find in this STUNNING condition and MUST grade Excellent(Minus) if not FULL Excellent!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
