Limited Edition Yellow & Black Splatter (there's also some green in there)

Condition: Used/pre-owned
Includes: Original 12" vinyl record, original outer sleeve, original two sided insert, original generic white inner plain paper LP sleeve, and a clear outer sleeve that I added (to protect the outer LP cardboard sleeve)
I'm a collector but not a professional LP seller so I'll do my best to explain the condition below. I purchased this in 2013 when it was brand new and have been its only owner. The record has only been played a few times.
Vinyl LP: The record looks like new to me and sounds great. I play tested both sides with studio headphones and didn't experience any skipping, etc and there was hardly any surface noise.
Outer LP sleeve: The integrity of the outer sleeve is strong and it is overall in great condition with some incidental shelf wear but no seam splits. There's a small notch/dent at the very top of the cover. The eyeball graphics are shiny and look amazing in person.
Inner sleeve/insert: The plain white inner LP sleeve and the two sided insert are in great condition with minimal signs of incidental wear/use. The white sleeve shows some wrinkling that's mostly caused by the record, which is pretty thick and substantial.
