Shipping

- Japan Post has been temporarily suspending International shipping to many countries. We are therefore using International Courier like FedEx or DHL for the shipment to the countries where the service of Japan Post is not available now.

- Even for the countries where Japan Post service is available, the international Post service have been drastically delayed recently and it may take more than a month depending on the country. We are therefore recommending you to select Standard Shipment by International Courier for the delivery in about 7 days to 10 days in average.

- In the case of International Courier which is non-economy shipment, we are recommending multiple purchases of our items and combine all the shipments to make one batch lot, so that the freight cost per item can be reduced.

- When you pass your orders of plural items at the same timing from our list and want us to ship them as one lot, please let us know before your payment arrangement. Upon receipt of your request, we will issue our invoice for the combined shipment.

-The choice of the courier either FedEx or DHL will be made by us depending on the volume or the country of the destination.

Cancellations & Returns

Cancellation or returns will be accepted only if the item has an obvious problem that was not mentioned in the listing description. If that, please let us know within 3 days you got the item. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs and any charge incurred shipping products back.
