TOSHIKO AKIYOSHI “Toshiko’s Piano” 10” DAVID STONE MARTIN
1954/USA/Norgran MGN-22……This is an original 10” from 1954. The David S tone Martin cover is in Good condition. There is a 3” split on the bottom seam center, light corner wear, light shelf wear, old store price sticker top right back cover. The vinyl is in VG+ condition with a few light scuffs, hairlines and a few small light scratches. The record plays well with a bit of light noise and occasional crackle. This deep groove pressing has good sound quality and no skips, sticks or other issues. Please check my auctions for other 10” Jazz lp’s this week. NEAR MINT: as stated near Mint! very clean with no defect to sound or visual appearance, one scuff or mark may be permitted but it will be mentioned in the description, a near Mint record looks and plays very clean
VG++ still a very nice copy with minimal cover wear and/or delete/splits, still visually appealing, the vinyl will retain it's original gloss and can have some minor scuffs/scratches that don't affect play very much
VG+ a little more cover/ring wear and delete, splits etc., the vinyl will still retain much original gloss with a bit more scuffs and/or scratches I may list a very rare or desirable item with a lower grade, I will try to list all defects, both cover and vinyl no matter the condition, I also play grade the records on high end equipment and will give an honest play grade as well as visual grade, considering the number of records I buy on line my grading is very conservative and fair.
