Description

Snooky (Pryor) & Moody (Jones), Snooky's Telephone Blues/Snooky & Moody's Boogie (Blue Horizon 45-1003) (1964).

UK collector reissue of Old Swingmaster 18, recorded in 1948. Wonderful early Chicago blues on harmonica and guitar. One of the ultra-rare limited-edition issues from the first days of the Blue Horizon label. Only 99 copies were ever pressed of this item.

Condition: this is a carefully looked-after copy that has been in the owner's possession since it was first issued. Very slight wear, no signs of damage. In polythene-lined white card jacket. A rare chance to obtain this extremely scarce and fine item.
