We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our well over 18,000 positive feedback. We use an ultrasonic KLAudio machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. The remarkable & legendary 2nd Jade Warrior album, many consider to be their best...the first pressing on the highly sought after VERTIGO SWIRL label ! Sudden rhythm changes, bizarre percussion and fearless use of space and distance - before it's time, and totally out of synch with the rest of Jade Warrior productions. Seminal album for much avant-garde development, including Brian Eno. Must have. Water Curtain Cave and the 15 minute Barazinbar respond particularly well to the application of internal space-enhancements!
On "Three-Horned Dragon King", there is a marriage between Led Zeppelin-influenced hard rock patterns and winds-driven Van Der Graaf Generator/Solution progressions. As if it was not enough, the rhythms are filled with tribal tam-tams. On "Eyes On You", the rhythmic & whirling flute contrasts with the visceral snakey hard rock guitar solos. The pleasant Frippian guitar on "Bride of Summer" is particularly soothing. as stated above, "Water Curtain Cave", an absolute complex gem recalling Van Der Graaf Generator/Solution on instrumentations and a very young Robert Wyatt on drums. "Minnamoto's Dream" and "We Have Reason to Believe" will make you remember that Jimi Hendrix has always been a very good source of inspiration. The epic "Barazinbar" starts progressively with tribal tam-tam rhythms, leading to trancey & reassuring fluttering flute & reeds ala Van der Graaf: the pleasant rhythmic guitar riffs and fuzzy solos will instate to the listener how strong the album actually is; the music gets more & more 'loaded' as the track approaches to its end. The album beautifully ends with the excellent "Yellow Eyes", made of peaceful & delicate flute parts and of weavy guitars a la Renaissance's "Black flame".
