Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback. We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. 1970 first US pressing that seldom turns up and was always 'rare' ... on the equally hard to find lime green Capitol label that was only in print only some 18 months....
The dark cover is near impossible to find without shelf wear = here is a beauty exception!
A legendary captivating British band, GRACIOUS were formed around 1965/1966 in Esher,UK by guitarist Alan Cowderoy and drummer/vocalist Paul Davis (later he switched to guitars).The band had numerous line-up changes in the early years, before relying on a stable line-up just before the 70's. Signed by the legendary Vertigo label, GRACIOUS released their eponymous debut in 1970.Their album sounds very daring for a pre-70's band and it was a careful mix of classical piano/harpsichord/mellotron work with bluesy electric/smooth acoustic guitars and dreamy vovals, creating an album consisting generally of complicated structures. GRACIOUS sound if THE BEATLES could ever collaborate with KING CRIMSON and GENTLE GIANT, you'll get the image. Listen to the fantastic keyboard work, the complex bass lines and the colorful guitars of this work. This is an absolutely underrated creation of the early-70's and the uninitiated should spend some time listening to a band with a style far from the typical cliches of the time!
