heres the TOOL "prison sex"/"sober" picture disc released back in 1993......artwork from both videos on each side, as are the only official printing of the lyrics which exist.  record also includes the song "intollerance".  the record has only been played once while its been in my posession the last 12 years, as its been in a record frame-and it played through without skipping.
