Description

Tons of Sobs by Free released on the Island label in 1969 ILPS 9089. Pink textured bullseye labels. A2 B2 matrix  first pressing. The vinyl has been ultrasonically cleaned and plays really well with a very strong clear sound. There are some pops and crackles which are only evident in quiet passages and there is a very short scratch on track 3 side 2 which is really quite minor. Overall the vinyl is very impressive despite there being quite a few surface marks and is graded as Very Good Plus. The gatefold cover is printed by Ernest J Day and does show signs of age and wear and is graded as Very Good minus. The pink textured labels are in good clean and bright condition with just a smudge on side 1. 
All in all this is a very nice copy of this rare first pressing and sounds great.
