Description

THIS IS A 2017 RSD Limited Run / Regional Focus Release

LIMITED EDITION 1000

Guitar legend Tommy Bolin played his unique style of rock, jazz, raga, blues and heavy metal in such bands as Zephyr, James Gang and Deep Purple. His short lived band Energy, despite a few LPs worth of studio recordings on the shelf, never saw a legitimate release until now. Energy's early sessions brought on soome great music, like the hard rockin' "Red Skies," featuring Jeff Cook on vocals and a powerful Tommy Bolin guitar throughout. Fusion works like "Heartlight" and "Hoka Hey", along with the classic rocker "Got No Time For Trouble" have all been deep fan favorites for years and this Friday Music Black Friday special release rounds things out with the epic "Naked Edge", truly showing what the Energy album always shoud have been. Released for the first time on 180g Audiophile Translucent Red Vinyl and only in record stores starting Black Friday.

1. Red Skies 2. Heartlight 3. Hok-O-Hey 4. Got No Time For Trouble
5. Limits 6. Eyes of Blue 7. Dreamer  8. Miss Christmas 9. Naked Edge 10. Sky Sail

                  SEALED:  Factory Sealed, NOT resealed

                  MINT:  Like New

NEAR MINT:   Record Grade: Extremely Nice. Would be Mint, except for posibbly a few very light hairlines or sleeve scuffs that don't cause any noise.

Cover Grade: Would be Mint except for very slight ring or shelf wear or crease in cover. (would be specified in grade)

VG+:  Record Grade: Very Nice, but used, may have light scuffs or scratches, plays with a some light surface noise in places but still very enjoyable

Cover Grade: Shows light ring or shelf wear or crease in cover. (would be specified in grade)

VG:  Record Grade: A well used record that still should sound OK when played, but may have moderate surface noise & pops (would be specified in grade)

Cover Grade: Shows moderate ring or shelf wear, creases, possible stains, writing on cover, seam splits (would be specified in the grade)

GOOD:  Record Grade: Has Scratches, probably will play through but possibly has a skip, lots of surface noise, pops or crackles

Cover Grade: Not taken care of or damaged (would be specified in grade)

FAIR:   Strictly a filler, the only reason I have this listed it must be rare
