Description

Up for auction is a beautiful original pressing of the Tom Waits album Rain Dogs, originally released in the U.S. on Island Records (7 90299-1) in 1985:
-Guaranteed original pressing, not reissue or import -MASTERDISK stamp in deadwax -1-1/1-1 first pressing etched in deadwax -Original inner sleeve w/ lyrics -Original and correct black Island labels -Vinyl comes in poly audiophile inner sleeve -NOT record club or import pressing like many on eBay
Condition: Cover is in great shape, no significant signs of wear or age.  No apparent ring wear, no seam splits.  Perhaps just a faint hint of rub that's very hard to see.  Corners are sharp, no significant creases or bumps or wear.  Looks fresh and clean. Grade: Near Mint (NM)

Vinyl is also beautiful, still retains its original glossy shine.  No apparent scratches or scuffs, just some faint superficial signs of having been taken out of paper inner sleeve a couple times.  Labels are clean, no marks around spindle holes.  Looks like this record has been played only once previously but handled with care. Grade: Near Mint (NM)
