Lp is in EX condition.
The cover looks nice overall with a few flaws: There is some moderate wear on the bottom edge of front cover, and also the right open lp of cover (where the record comes out) comes some wear on the edges - it almost looks perforated, and  almost a manufacturing flaw rather than being caused by an owner.
