Description
Up for auction is a rare promotional radio station only copy of a open end interview lp with Pop Superstar Vocalist Tom Jones.
This lp, designed specially for US/North American Radio Stations was manufactured by London Records (XPAS-1) and states it as a 'Not for Sale'/ Promotional item.
The open-end interview was designed for crafty disc jockeys to give the appearance that they were having a personal chat with the famous entertainers and personalities. The interview had already in fact been pre-recorded and scripts were given out to the disc jockey to give that appearance and local flavor.
Now, in the comfort of your own home -- or if you are a dj -- you too can pose the questions!!!
LP is in NM (Near Mint) condition. Plays fine!
Two 15 page Scripts are included as is a 1970 Tour Itenerary Sheet for Tom Jones. ALL of these inserts are in EXCELLENT well preserved state.
Gatefold Album cover is preserved well, with just some light ring wear to note.
This item is perfect for the fan or collector of Tom Jones memorabilia, or for the fan/collector of entertainment/radio promotional kits!!!
