This album is just as it was when it was first sold over the counter of a 1970's record shop!!! It is not very often that you come across a vinyl of such superior quality. As such this is the ultimate KEEPER copy!!!

 

ELUSIVE PROGMONSTER!!!! IN A UNIQUE EX CONDITION!!!

!!!!AN IMPOSSIBLE FIND!!!GORGEOUS EX!!! A few hundred (rumoured to be around the 800-1000 mark) copies worldwide only!!! SOOOOOOOOOOO very rare!!!!!

 

 

 

In all my years this is only the fourth time I have come across this absolute STUNNER. Two of them US copies. The rarity of this LP is not to be underestimated!!! Most of these will now be tucked away in major collections across the four corners of the Earth. Only 800-1000 are rumoured to be about. Rare ... anyone?? Sensational sound quality, NO skips or jumps. NO clicks, this is really a stunning heavy vinyl with a beautiful deep gloss. This vinyl does not seem to have been played at all!!! A definite EX!!!  Inspected under an intense lightsource and angled.

 

I have played this in FULL> The replay is ASTOUNDING!!! I first played for a general listen and a second time for a more in-depth observation. I am very glad to say that there are not any jumps or skips. Unbelievably as it may sound there is hardly any  background noise at all, there are only few wispy retraction hairlines!! Very remarkable for this 1970 vinyl!!!  Great songcraft, with Ken Hensley and Lee Kerslake of the later Uriah Heep on board, no wonder this album is now so sought after. I played this on my Technics turntable with a Linn cartridge and through my very revealing B&W three way speakers!!!

I'M PROUD TO PRESENT THIS RARE ORIGINAL UK PROGRESSIVE ALBUM FROM 1970 !!!  THE RECORD IS IN FANTASTIC EX CONDITION, PLAYS AWESOME ON EACH SIDE AND LOOKS LIKE FRESH PRESSED!!! THE SLEEVE IS FRONT LAMINATED, AS YOU CAN SEE THE COVER IS IN  GREAT CONDITION, SEE PICS!  TRY TO FIND ANOTHER COPY LIKE THIS ONE!!!  A FANTASTIC COLLECTOR'S COPY! COMES WITH THE ORIGINAL EMI INNER SLEEVE!

 

 

                                 Vinyl: EX+ . I have played this in full> There are NO jumps, NO clicks and NO sticks!!! The audio is phenomenal!! Beautiful glossy vinyl as if purchased yesterday. An amazing quality vinyl and a hard to find progressive album that does not come up for sale often. This has not been played much. There are no marks and only a couple of the wispiest hairlines visible under an intense light.

 

                        Sleeve: EX. Front laminated. "Made by Garrod and Lofthouse Ltd." Light front creases near the spine and opening. Otherwise excellent without any writing or smudging. The back has the three flipbacks and is like wise EX. Straight edges, fully legible spine and a crisp opening, this will please most collectors.

 

INNER: EX+. This is the often missing original inner EMI advertising sleeve in absolutely great condition.

 

 

 

 

                    Labels: EX++.  UNMARKED!!! Beautiful labels that seem like just printed. This will be impossible to beat!! Just look at my close-up pictures. Light spindle marks only as seen in the pic.

 

                      This is a unique investment opportunity!!! Finding this album in any condition at all is a very tough task so late in the day, especially as a UK press. This album is only going to go one way ... up and up ... until it will be totally unavailable at all for a reasonable price. Only about 800-1000 were ever pressed. How many would be left in this great condition???
