Description
Grading is done conservatively, visually. Check unaltered sound clips. I currently have a number of cool popcorn, soul, mambo, rockabilly, garage, R&B, country, surf, Cajun, boogaloo, blues, funk, psychedelic, sunshine pop, mod, exotica, gospel, and lost, atmospheric, and hypnotic instrumental 45 obscurities up for grabs. Lots of gospel blues and gospel soul beauties this week, along with runs of the Blue Note and Band Box labels. And, as always, tons of great 45s from greater Texas and Louisiana.
ARTIST: William Morgan & the C's
TITLE: Listen to Me Baby / Should I Try Again Tomorrow
LABEL: Triangle Sound Inc.
CONDITION: VG+
Great late '60s soul obscurity, an immaculate Southern sound from the same Memphis-area group who waxed cool lost sides for Goldwax in the '60s. Tough one.
GRADING: NM-/VG++/VG+/VG/VG-/G/F. I basically never grade anything NM-.
