Description
A nice vocal-psych 45 from Britain in groovy-hippy-freaky 1967, this one has a 'West Coast' sound in the production, and of course that band-name and dream-psyche title that intimated all that the latter sixties in-wonderland became known for. Whether everyone was absorbed with mind-expanding chemicals and inhalations - or if there was just a strong artistic provocation inherent with the times, this period in music history is known for that focus on the out-of-focus and the etherial. This one is ideal for switching on the oil lamp and lighting some incense !
'IN MY MAGIC GARDEN' is backed by 'LAZY DAY' on the DECCA RECORDS lable F 12705 from '67 . Both sides are good, and this is cited as a rare and collectable debut by The Tapestry of Delights book/website. The vinyl is in lovely EX to NM condition - full shine and no scratches, plays great! The lables are also pristine and show little sign of any wear. A top copy !
