CHECK OUT THIS WEEK'S INDIE ROCK AUCTIONS
THIS IS THE VERY FIRST PRESSING OF THE HARD TO FIND MILKY TEETH 7" . IT WAS PRESSED IN NOVEMBER 1992 ON UK, Tippy Toe, [Tippy Toe 001] limited to 500, hand-coloured folded paper picture sleeve, inner sleeve, with insert, hand red-stamped and hand-numbered from 1 to 500 . The first Tindersticks record ever!
In 1992, the band ordered the first 500 copies of Patchwork/Milky Teeth, but they were pressed up the wrong way round - the "Lee Side" was supposed to have Milky Teeth, but it played Patchwork and the "Nancy Side" was supposed to have Patchwork but it played Milky Teeth - so they got in touch with the pressing plant, who re-pressed it - but the second batch was done the wrong way round again! The second pressing was numbered in minus figures (-500 to -1) and the sleeves were not hand-coloured.
THIS ONE IS THE N° 95 (THE NUMBER IS ALSO HAND WRITTEN ) .
SLEEVE IS IN NEAR MINT CONDITION AS WELL AS INSERT .
VINYL LOOKS NEAR MINT . PLAYS WITH SUPERB SOUND QUALITY . IT HAS BEEN STORED AND UNPLAYED FOR 20 YEARS . AS YOU CAN EAR ON THE SOUND SAMPLE , THERE IS A FEW TICKS DUE MOSTLY TO DUST BITS . IT WILL NEED A DEEP GROOVE CLEAN . BUT AS YOU CAN EAR , IT PLAYS GREAT .

RECORD GRADING IS M= A perfect, unplayed record . NM= Record appears new, At most, perhaps a barely visible sleeve mark appears on the record. It should play without any noise or skips of any kind whatsoever. VG++= Record has some extremely light surface marks. These marks do not affect play. Very nice copy VG+= Record has noticeable marks, Light surface scratches and may play with some very light noise, but doesn't overpower the music, Still very enjoyable. VG= Record has noticeable marks and scratches, plays with noise
