... RARE First pressing of Tina's CLASSIC 1984 LP... which was AUTOGRAPHED at Tavern On the Green, Spring, 1992!
Cover Condition: VG+ ;
...has moderate wear & sale sticker residue.
Vinyl condition : VG+ to VG++.

1. this item is NOT AUTHENTICATED;
I acquired it from a tenant in my building that was being evicted for being a hoarder, and the Superintendent let us take whatever we wanted from his apartment one weekend, in 2012 (I wanted his stereo). Most of his stuff was cleaned out, but I got 2 Boxes of 70's / 80's Sports & entertainment magazines, that had autographed items in it. most look to be VERY real, by nature of my prior research, and comparison, before I did any Ebay listing(s).
2. Items are sold AS IS;
Due to non-authentication, I will NOT accept the responsibility of any inauthentic items. I am selling the ACTUAL item, not 'autograph', and anyone who bids / buys, will accept the responsibility for any authenticating. I wholly feel the items are real (to research & stylings), but, will not REFUND any monies after any periods of authentication....YOU should know if the item is the 'real deal',
if you are bidding / buying.
3. Shipping: It will be standard USPS Mail, unless any bidders / buyers decide otherwise (UPS, Fed Ex, etc.)
THAT will be paid by any bidders / buyers, who purchase any winning items. please contact me through Ebay (before or afterwards) to make any determinations. I will NOT refund any monies if the USPS happen to misplace, damage or lose any winning product, since I will do my diligence to prepare / pack VERY safely, for shipping transit.
4. NO ITEM DAMAGE; Any winning bidders / buyers will accept ANY responsibility if any items they bid on, due to the terms and conditions. If an item is deemed inauthentic, you may NOT damage or alter it in ANY way, and it has to be returned in THE EXACT SAME CONDITION it was sent (aside from any USPS damage.) In other words, don't gimme 'I was so 'mad' it was fake, I tore it / threw it out / etc.... 'cause that'll be ON YOU.
