Label: Blue Note BLP 4041. This is the mono first pressing, with deep groove labels, 47 west 63rd address on both sides, and RVG stamp and P (ear) mark on both runouts
Vinyl: G (looks rough but plays surprisingly well)
Cover: VG (the bottom 2.5" of the spine is flaked off below the catalogue number, slight bowing). Writing in pen on the back
