The condition of the cover is VG+ with moderate wear (see photos), no cut-outs, seam splits or writing. The condition of the disc is a nice EX and it plays nicely.
Very sought after = 1971 first pressing of a killer guitar power trio ... great self penned tunes with memorable hooks, all moulded with fire-power guitar...The Johnny Winter band took these cats under their wing, the exciting performance and strong songs probably impressed/floored them...
Produced by Johnny Winter's "And" member, 2nd guitarist ( ex-McCoys leader) Rick Derringer, Tin House was a hard rockin' power trio who only released this one album. The record features ten originals by the band, all killer and no filler. Solid guitar work from Floyd Radford, who later went on to join up with one of the two Winter brothers. Check out "Silver Star", "Be Good and Be Kind", "lady of the Silent Opera" and the riveting "I Want Your Body" which has the ingredients to stick in your head all year long...an excellent LP, the songwriting, performance and production are a perfect snapshot of the times in which this classic document was conceived. A great listen that will never sound stale. All of which happen to make it a sought, hard to find...harder to find than you might imagine, collectible...in the hard rock annals of the USA early 70's....
