TIM HOLLIER - MESSAGE TO A HARLEQUIN
1968 uk United Artists Stereo SULP 1211 (A-1 & B-1). Here is the musically superb very rare 1968 debut uk Acid-Psych-Folk album by 'Tim Hollier'. This is a fantastic album full of brilliant folk-psych tunes. This rare original 1968 stereo copy is in excellent clean condition and all tracks play and sound superb throughout, the front laminated flip-back cover is also excellent with no bad flaws at all. With this listing i have included a MP3 of the title track, please take a listen, the rest of the album is just as good. All pictures provided are of the actual album for sale. CONDITION = EX to EX+
The thick pressed stereo vinyl has been well looked after and so has a excellent original sheen, there are just a few very light very top surface marks, hairlines per-side that are so light and minor that they make no difference to the sound when played, there are no nasty marks or scratches at all so there are no loud clicks or pops and no annoying loud crackle, both sides play and sound really excellent throughout all tracks with barely any background crackle at all and there is no lessoning in the sound quality.
The labels are in excellent clean condition and look near perfect apart from a couple of hard to spot spindle traces.
The 'Garrod & Lofthouse' patents pending front laminated flip-back cover is excellent with no bad flaws. The front lamination has a nice high gloss finish with just a few small creases along the spine. The matt back is still nice and clean with minimal signs of ageing. The top and bottom edges are excellent with just tiny amounts of corner tip rubbung and the pinched spine has a couple of tiny cracks but all text is bold and clear and easy to read. The white paper inner is excellent and clean with no marks or splits.

I always print my name and address on the back of all parcels i send, so the chances of a item going missing are pretty much nil. I cannot take responsibility for any non-insured items that may be unfortunate to go missing or get damaged in the post. The recorded post option is always there, it may cost a few extra pounds for international buyers, but it is definitely worth it for the extra piece of mind.
