Description

Here we have another classic from a long way back, forty years to be precise, in 1970. Tim Buckley's awesome Starsailor on Frank Zappa's Straight label. Musicians herein form part of the God-like Mothers of Invention. Strange music and eerie vocals, including the work of genius that was covered by This Mortal Coil back in the 80s, Song to the Siren. What a voice this man had and what a wierd sense of musicality. This must be an early pressing as the dead wax matrices end with A1 and B1. The only down side to this edition is there's a little grubbiness on the back cover which can be fixed, and the name Tim Buckley written in biro on the inner bag. That's your lot.
