Description

SETTLE IN FOR A LONG RUN OF COLLECTABLE LPs OF VARIOUS MUSICAL STYLES!! This is a reasonably priced ORIGINAL 1966 U.S. PRESS ELEKTRA RECORDS  SELF-TITLED DEBUT LP WITH SHRINKWRAP from popular psych-folkster Tim Buckley.  It is Elektra Records catalog number EKL-4004, mono with gold Elektra labels, with the original orange and white mid-1960s Elektra inner sleeve.  Personnel: Tim Buckley-guitar / Lee Underwood-lead guitar / James Fielder-bass / Billy Mundi-drums & percussion / Van Dyke Parks-harpsichord, piano, celeste.  Tracks: I Can't See You, Wings, Song Of The Magician, Strange Street Affair Under Blue, Valentine Melody, Aren't You The Girl, Song Slowly Song, It Happens Every Time, Song For Jainie, Grief In My Soul, She Is, Understand Your Man.  Visual condition of record is a nice high VG++ with a few light surface and sleeve marks which cannot be felt and do not affect play.   There is a cutout or promo drill hole though the cover and the record just beyond the outer edge of the labels as shown in my accompanying image, this does not come close to the play area and has absolutely no effect on play.  Condition of cover is a real nice VG++/NM- with the original shrinkwrap torn and folded back for 1" on both sides along the right hand open edge and with a  couple of other small splits but still surrounding the cover, and with the only real flaws being the aforementioned drill hole and a little bit of wear along the open edge and on the corners on the open edge. Cover has no splits, tears, writing, or stickers.  This nice condition mono LP would be a choice essential addition to any Tim Buckley or late 1960s psych-folk record collection! Winning bidder pays $3.00 media mail postage or actual priority mail postage within the U.S. I WILL SHIP WORLDWIDE - Uninsured first class international airmail postage to the UK or anyplace in Europe is $13.50 - Please e-mail me for postage rates to other areas outside the U.S. WINNING BIDDER PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH - IT PROBABLY WILL NOT GET HERE! I will give an immediate refund (less shipping) upon return of the LP if winning bidder is dissatisfied for any reason. Good luck!
