Thugh ~ Phase Tapes  (private lable) USA    Trippy, bizarre ...acid head low-fi garage album from Ohio.   Recorded mid to late 1970s.. and released in a tiny quantity for local like minded friends in 1980.   A very cool era artifact.   If you would like to sample a bit of it ... here are a few highlights.
