Description

 This is a highly sought after piece of psychedelic legacy. The very first press of Roky Erickson's 1966 debut release "The Psychedelic Sounds Of: The 13th Floor Elevators" on vinyl. This is in mono, pressed by Houston, Texas' International Artist record label (L.P.-1A-NO.1). The vinyl has some light scratches noted on both sides of the vinyl. The side one label has some light pencil marks. The side two label is near mint. The vinyl plays back with very little to no interference. The vinyl remains in very good plus condition. The cover remains in very good plus condition. The spine is intact, no splitting, with light edge wear. Some light creasing and scuff marks on the front cover. The top right front cover corners has 15 light thumb tact holes In it and is creased. Ever so slight, 1/4 inch splitting located by the top front right corner. The record cover must have been hung up many years ago.
