This is a pair of rare records issued as part of the Third Man Vault series #7 in 2011. These were only made available to Vault subscribers, and these early Vault releases are now becoming increasingly difficult to find, so grab this while you can!

This auction is for:

• Third Man Records Single releases 2010 Volume 2 - TMR077. This is a double album pressed on heavyweight black vinyl in a gatefold sleeve. Contains tracks by Karen Elson, Dead Weather, Conan O'Brien, Secret Sisters, Pujol, The Greenhornes, Drakkar Sauna, Laura Marling, The Thornbills and Wanda Jackson. All in Near Mint condition!
• Great Balls Of Fire/Hanky Panky - 7" single by The 5.6.7.8's. Pressed on black vinyl in a Third Man diecut sleeve. Near Mint condition.
• Fold out full colour poster of all the single covers which feature on the double album. In great condition.

Record Grading System

MINT The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised, as Sealed or Unplayed will be mint.

EXCELLENT The record shows some signs of having been played, possibly with light surface marks but there will be very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

POOR The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.

I will discount postage for bulk purchases – see below. All LPs are sent out in custom-made LP sized cardboard envelopes along with a cardboard stiffener.

REFUND TERMS. Sorry to be so formal about this, but I have had some buyers who have tried to take advantage of me, so please read these carefully. If you buy an item from me you are confirming that you have read these terms and accepted them.

·         If you are unhappy with the item because you feel that I have made an error or given a misleading description in the listing (and we both agree on this point) then I will provide you with a full refund of the transaction price ie your winning bid for the goods, plus the price you paid for postage. If this happens, I will use my discretion as to whether you need to return the item to me. If I ask you to return it, you must return the item in the original packaging that it came in and I will refund you for the cost of sending it by 2nd class post. When I have safely received the item (and it must still be in the condition that it was when it was originally sent to you) I will issue the refund. You must agree to cancel the transaction with Ebay.

·         If the item arrives damaged and beyond repair I will give a full refund of the transaction price ie your winning bid for the goods, plus the price you paid for postage, upon receipt of proof of damage eg a photo. In these circumstances I will use my discretion as to whether you need to return the item to me. If I ask you to return it, you must return the item in the original packaging that it came in and I will refund you for the cost of sending it by 2nd class post. You must agree to cancel the transaction with Ebay.

·         If you decide that you don’t want the item for any other reason then I will refund the price you paid for the item, but not the postage cost you paid. Buyer to return the item to me at their own expense. When I have safely received the item (and it must still be in the condition that it was when it was originally sent to you) I will issue the refund.
