The records themselves would be in mint condition as it is sealed in its original shrink wrap. There are a few light marks to the shrink in places, and also a circular area of sticker glue residue to the front(on shrink).
The sleeve is graded at EX+ despite it being sealed within the shrink. This is because there is a small amount of light bruising/creasing to the front top right corners(see pics). The front top left corner is also slightly exposed from the shrink, but is showing no serious wear. The sleeve may also have very slight ring marks due to storage. There is very light ring outlines showing in the pictures above, but this is on the shrink, not the actual sleeve underneath. Overall a sleeve which has of course been well protected due to the shrink but has very slight signs of age/storage, hence EX+.

The record will be packaged in between cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure swift delivery.
