UNBOXED DECCA LABEL 1965 FIRST UK MONO PRESSING WITH JAMES UPTON FRONT LAMINATED SINGLE SLEEVE IN VERY GOOD PLAYING CONDITION.

Great starter copy
Released in in 1965 on the red unboxed DECCA label, I am offering today this superb debut album by Van Morrison's old band THEM that is titled "ANGRY YOUNG THEM ". The vinyl looks very clean but displays a few scratches on side 2 but these don't cause too much of a problem.
The album comes complete with its original single sleeve which I would describe as FAIR as most of the lamination has come off the front which looks to have been caused by damp. otherwise the back is still fully legible.
I have just played this through for these listing purposes and it plays through nicely, there is some light background noise only noticeable in between tracks otherwise it sounds great with rich audio. Needless to say absolutely no sticks or skips etc an overall nice playing example of this hard to find 60's classic.
Better to have an original in your collection than a re issue
The VINYL, The Vinyl visually shows a few light scratches & audibly plays through with very good audio. I have just played it through and can state that it plays with absolutely no nasty sticks or skips or loud pops etc but noticed some light surface noise in between tracks overall a nice playing example.
The SLEEVE, The Robert Stace front laminated single sleeve has lost a lot of its lamination along with browning to the back panel which looks to have been caused by damp otherwise the spine is fully legible with no unwanted writing or splits etc.
The LABELS, The first issue unboxed red labels are clean, showing moderate spindle traces. Needless to say they are free from unwanted writing or stickers etc.
The INNER, The generic white inner sleeve is clean and free from unwanted writing or splits etc.
I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
