- Yellow and black deep groove label with fireworks.
- Center label reads: “Prestige Records Inc. 446 W. 50th St., N.Y.C.”
- Condition of disc and Sleeve E with nice corners. This is revised from the original ratings of NM and E+ - I had my partner look at the record and we agreed that the record should be E because there are a few surface stains and indication that the record may have been played. We did NOT attempt to clean this gem and the vinyl looks great! - As with all my sales on eBay, you may return within 30 days in the same condition it is received if you are not satisfied
