Andy Warhol designed the cover art in collaboration with Reid Miles.
The cover was hand written by Andy Warhol's mother.
This design was featured in the Paul Marechal book - "Andy Warhol, The Record Covers 1949-1987"
100% ORIGINAL 446 W. 50th St, NYC. New York Address (not, I repeat NOT, the common New Jersey issue)
Deep Groove / Flat-edge Pressing with RVG (Rudy Van Gelder) etched in the trail-off vinyl.COVER: VG++ - no splits, tears, or other damage. Mild aging, discoloration of major white background.
Tight & solid with great gloss. Very minor corner bumps and one very slight cover crease & a tiny 'ding' on bottom edge.
LP: Side 'A' - very strong VG+ / a very few faint lines, sleeve marks. None a significant audible detraction.
Side 'B' - very, very, strong VG++ / simply brilliant looking!
LABELS: NEAR PERFECT!
ALSO NOTE:
CLEAR "Not for Sale" promotional stamp on back cover. There may be only a handful of these still in existence.
