Rare original pressing yellow label stereo LP in sweet VG+ condition.
Yardbirds and Zeppelin fans know the story of this one. Released in 1971 and then immediately pulled after a court injunction by Jimmy Page. It's amazing. You can hear the Yardbirds morphing into Led Zeppelin right in front of your ears.
A MUST HAVE LP.
You can easily find copies of this LP with a B&W cover and a white label. Those are most certainly counterfeits (often passed off as "promotional"). But it's much harder to find a full color cover yellow label original.
Jacket shows only some light and minor wear. 1" split at bottom right. Initials written on front center. No tape. See photos.
Vinyl boasts original shine, gloss and luster. I can see some, and really not that many, light and completely superficial surface marks on the faces. I'll grade at VG+.
All in all, this is a great LP at a remarkable starting price.
