ATTENTION THE WHO COLLECTORS! HERE IS AN ORIGINAL 1966 MONO 1ST ISSUE OF THE WHO's 2ND ALBUM: "A QUICK ONE" WITH THE EARLIEST DESIGN "ROUGH TEXTURED" REACTION LABELS:593002 WITH THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE A//1+B//1 MATRIXES AND HOUSED IN THE FULLY LAMINATED COVER PRINTED BY ERNEST J.DAY.
LOCATING A REALLY NICE ORIGINAL UK MONO COPY IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE AS THE MAJORITY OF COPIES WERE PLAYED OVER AND OVER AGAIN CAUSING DISTORTION AND MAJOR WEAR. THIS COPY HAS HAD SOME USE WITH QUITE A FEW LIGHT SURFACE MARKS ON EACH SIDE WITH A FEW SMALL "FEELABLE" THAT PRODUCE A FEW SHORT LIVED CLICKS,NOT TOO OBTRUSIVE AS THE MUSIC IS CUT LOUD AND REDUCES THE LEVEL OF THE CLICKS BUT THERE IS VERY LITTLE SURFACE NOISE! IT PLAYS THROUGH REALLY WELL WITH NO STICKS OR JUMPS.VISUALLY STRICTLY GRADED AS VG CONDITION BUT MOST OF THE DISC SOUNDS NEARER TO EXCELLENT!.
THICK VINYL. SLIGHT SPINDLE WEAR.
THE COVER HAS A FEW MINOR CREASES AND A COUPLE OF ULTRA TINY EDGE TEARS BUT THERE IS NO WRITING OR REPAIRS.
