Description
This is the original UK LP by THE WHO, A QUICK ONE, 1st Press MONO, released in December 1966 on the blue REACTION label 593002. The fully laminated 1st issue E.J DAY cover is in VG+++ condition, lovely and clean with no unwanted writing and no seam splits, their is a little lamiantion creasing and one area of lamination bubbling on the front left hand side, the spine is fully intact and perfectly readable, the cover maintains all it's bright vibrant colour, a very respectable 1st issue UK MONO cover. The vinyl is in EX+ condition, with only 1-2 very light hairline marks, which donot effect the sound quality at all, the vinyl maintains all it's original shine and luster. The vinyl plays with superb clear clarity, a stunning listening experinece. This really is a superb album, my favourite, it's filled with stunning tracks, everyone creative and enjoyable, 'BORIS THE SPIDER', written by Enwhistle, for me is the best track on the LP, Enwhistle playing his bass guitar with stunning controlled aggression, Daltry vocals are superb, singing with a almost sinister style, superb track. The label's are in EX+++ condition, lovely and clean and crisp, their is no unwanted writing, and no scuffs, the spindal hole has little or no wear, the label's maintain their rich blue colour, great label's. The vinyl is housed in a plain white inner sleeve and in EX condition, clean, with no unwanted writing. Altogether a lovely copy of the great original 1996 1st press MONO LP by THE WHO, A QUICK ONE.
