On offer here is a VERY rare Double LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Who called "Tommy" and is an ORIGINAL 1969 UK Pressing on the 'Matt' Track labels!!!!  THIS AMAZING DOUBLE LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  THIS IS ONE OF THE WHO'S RAREST & MOST SOUGHT AFTER LPs EVER - AND ALMOST NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  BUT WHAT MAKES THIS DOUBLE LP REALLY SPECIAL IS THAT IT IS IN ABSOLUTELY SUPERB CONDITION!!!!  AND THIS IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ON THIS DOUBLE LP!!!!  BOTH RECORDS HAVE BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL - AND THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT ON THIS DOUBLE LP!!!!  THIS DOUBLE LP IS VERY COMPLEX AND SOUND QUALITY QUICKLY DEGRADED!!!!  HOWEVER, THIS DOUBLE LP HAS CLEARLY BEEN PLAYED LESS THAN 5 TIMES PER SIDE - AND ALWAYS ON A HIGH QUALITY SYSTEM!!!!  BECAUSE THE SOUND QUALITY IS TRULY AWESOME - WITH NO DISTORTION AT ALL!!!!  BOTH RECORDS ALSO STILL LOOK ABSOLUTELY STUNNING - AND HAVE CLEARLY ALWAYS BEEN EXTREMELY WELL CARED FOR SINCE THIS DOUBLE LP WAS PURCHASED IN LATE 1969!!!!  THE BOOKLET IS ALSO IN AMAZING CONDITION - AND AS YOU CAN SEE FROM MY PICTURES THE COVER IS ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT!!!!  AND ALTHOUGH THIS DOUBLE LP DATES FROM LATE 1969 (JUST AFTER THE 'NUMBERED' BOOKLETS & LAMINATED COVERS ENDED) IT REALLY DOESN'T MATTER - AS THIS DOUBLE LP IS STILL PROVABLY FROM 1969!!!!  AND THIS IS AGAIN VERY IMPORTANT INDEED - AS ONLY COPIES FROM 1969 HAD THAT AWESOME 1ST PRESS SOUND!!!!  AND THIS CAN CLEARLY BE SHOWN AS DATING FROM 1969 (AND NOT LATER!) - AS IT HAS JET BLACK 'MATT' LABELS (LATER ONES FROM 1971 ONWARDS WERE GREYER), THICK QUALITY 1960s STANDARD VINYL (LATER ONES FROM 1970 ONWARDS WERE TERRIBLY THIN!), NO 'RIDGE' AROUND THE LABEL EDGE (LATER ONES FROM 1971 ONWARDS DO!), TWO SIDES STILL HAVING THE 1ST PRESS A//1 A//1 MATRIX ENDINGS, AND THE COVER STILL BEING MADE BY 'E.J.DAY' (LATER ONES WERENT!) AND HAVING THE ALL IMPORTANT 'PATENTS PENDING' TEXT (REMOVED IN 1970!)!!!!  AND WHEN A DOUBLE LP IS IN THIS FANTASTIC CONDITION, HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL, AND RETAINS ITS AMAZING 'CRYSTAL CLEAR' SOUND QUALITY - DOES IT REALLY MATTER IF IT DATES FROM 2 OR 3 MONTHS AFTER RELEASE????  THIS IS A TRULY SUPERB DOUBLE LP - BOTH TO LOOK AT - AND TO PLAY!!!!

THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1969 UK PRESSING ON THE JET BLACK 'MATT' TRACK LABELS, ORIGINAL INNER SLEEVES, SUPERB COLOUR BOOKLET, AND AN 'E.J.DAY' TRIPLE GATEFOLD 'PATENTS PENDING' COVER!!!!  THIS AMAZING DOUBLE LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the Track UK Pressing from 1969 and is in SUPERB condition!!!!  The records are pressed on THICK quality vinyl.  The Cat. No is 613 013/4 on the Black 'Matt' Track Labels (see picture) and is a UK Stereo pressing (there were NO Monos)!!!!

The record labels on BOTH records are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO writing, NO wear, and barely ANY spindle marks AT ALL!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THESE RECORDS HAVE BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl to BOTH records is in SUPERB condition!!!!  Most of these 60s Double LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and BOTH records have NO scratches, only 2 or 3 ULTRA light hairline traces (on one record only - and ONLY visible under VERY bright light and completely NON sounding!), NO scufflines, only 2 or 3 ULTRA light TINY surface traces, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!  BOTH RECORDS STILL RETAIN THEIR ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND LOOK SUPERB!!!!  It is great to find that the records play as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The records must grade Excellent(Minus) if not FULL Excellent - and play SUPERBLY!!!!  Believe me these records are NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!!  I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!!  Brillant!!!!  The records also come in their ORIGINAL inner sleeves which are both in SUPERB condition!!!!  The SUPERB colour Booklet (see picture) is absolutely AWESOME condition - and has clearly never left the cover!!!!  AN ABSOLUTELY AWESOME BOOKLET!!!!  The 'E.J.Day' Triple Gatefold 'Patents Pending' Cover is in absolutely BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The cover has NO edge wear, NO sticker marks, NO spinal wear (apart from some almost INVISIBLE 'touching in' traces!), only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour!), NO rips, NO tears, NO ringwear, NO rubbing AT ALL to the cover front, barely ANY rubbing AT ALL to the cover back, NO splits, only some VERY minor evidence of 'tipping in' to the corners, NO sticker tears, only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking indeed!), NO annotations, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edges & fold-out edges are still beauitfully straight with barely ANY feathering AT ALL!!!!  Even the inside of the cover is in SUPERB condition with NO writing, NO rubbing, NO ringwear, NO grubbyness, and NO yellowing!!!!  The cover must MEGA STRICTLY grade Very Good++++ if not better - and is very VERY close to a grade above!!!!  BRILLIANT COVER!!!!  THIS DOUBLE LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
